Solution-focused Hypnotherapy blends neuroscience, hypnosis, and solution-focused psychotherapy. It focuses on helping you define your goals and where you want to be. Understanding how your brain works, positive reflection on previous week and refining what your next step is, is all part of this work.
Hypnosis is a deeply relaxed state where the unconscious mind is more open to positive suggestions. This helps address unhelpful behaviors and encourages change. The therapy works by aligning both the unconscious and conscious mind to work together, helping you move forwards and make positive changes.
NLP (Neuro Linguistic Programming) helps reprogram unhelpful thoughts, language, and behaviors to align with who we truly are, rather than what we’ve learned through conditioning. As adults, old patterns that once kept us safe can hinder us from living how we truly want. Traumatic experiences wire our brain for survival, making us react more emotionally and seek safety even when it harms us.
NLP helps bring awareness to the unconscious mind, release trauma, and create healthier coping strategies, helping you reconnect with your true desires, and feel more confident in life.
